We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Mortgage Services Development Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve our mortgage services, and leading a team of mortgage advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Lead and manage a team of mortgage advisors to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a mortgage services role, with a proven track record of business growth and leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as CeMAP or Certificate in Financial Planning.
