Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Area Cleaning Manager to join our team at Lawrence Cleaning Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cleaning contracts and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contract/Site Management: Manage a varied portfolio of around 36 accounts, ensuring the service delivery specification is implemented and adhered to.
  • Client Liaison: Regularly liaise with clients to plan and implement an auditing program to monitor standards and client satisfaction in all contracts.
  • Operational Management: Ensure all client queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and effective manner, and that the Operations Manager is kept fully advised of any operational difficulties.
  • Financial Management: Ensure the financial performance of each contract is controlled to the budgeted requirements, including staffing levels and pay rates, materials and equipment, payroll completion, and plan manning, equipment, and material levels for periodic work.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor the support team within your area, ensuring adequate supplies are onsite, recruiting, inducting, and training new staff, monitoring and reviewing performance, and resolving disciplinary and grievance matters in line with company policy and procedure.
