We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Mitie. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order.
- Build knowledge and understanding of designated cleaning areas, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
- Work within a team and under their own initiative to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
- Continuously improve and exceed expectations in all aspects of the role.
