Role Overview
Position: Administrative Support Volunteer
Location: Seaford (East Sussex)
Time Commitment: 4-8 hours per week
The Administrative Support Volunteer will assist our organization in Seaford with various routine and occasional administrative responsibilities, including:
- Organizing documentation
- Archiving and digitizing records
- Data collection and entry
- Handling phone inquiries and greeting visitors.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to manage information in accordance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
- Strong telephone communication skills.
