We are seeking a self-motivated Team Leader to join our Medical Records Team at Lorn and Islands Hospital. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proven experience in a fast-paced environment, and a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of clerical officers to ensure a competent and efficient service is provided to clinical staff and patients.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
