As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will be responsible for co-ordinating a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of activities by guiding your team to serve customers better every day.
  • Co-ordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless store operations and maintain a safe shopping environment.
  • Develop your team's skills through on-the-job coaching and feedback, fostering a positive team spirit.
  • Monitor and improve store performance by identifying areas for growth and implementing practical actions.
