Position Overview

  • In the role of Test Manager, you will collaborate closely with the DevOps Team to explore new Test Automation tools aimed at minimizing delivery cycle times while enhancing the quality and consistency of our outputs.
  • Your responsibilities will include line management, guiding and mentoring Automation Testers within the scrum teams in the CIO department, ensuring timely completion of performance reviews, mandatory training, and regular one-on-one meetings.
  • You will champion the implementation of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
  • A solid understanding of behavior-driven development within the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is essential.
  • Experience with cloud technologies is a key requirement.
  • You will lead initiatives that improve our existing Test Automation processes.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Extensive hands-on experience in an IT Testing role, utilizing test automation technologies, with responsibilities in team management.
  • Familiarity with ALM Octane, JIRA, or similar tools.
  • A background in system and integration testing.
  • Knowledge or experience in performance testing and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, or SAFe.
