As a Senior Systems Administrator at Reapit, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers systems change, migrations, and integration programs. You will work closely with global internal technology, business, and project teams to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver systems change, migrations, and integration programs.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our systems, infrastructure, software platforms, and integration tools.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects, including documentation, system assessments, and shadowing team members.
  • Review existing documentation and take a deeper dive into ongoing projects to gain a better understanding of project requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Engage in targeted training or self-study to enhance technical skills relevant to the role.
  • Interact directly with internal clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide support on IT and business systems issues.
  • Contribute to problem-solving efforts within project teams, offering insights and suggestions for improving system integration processes.
  • Deliver as part of a wider team on several key projects, demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to scope, cost, and time parameters.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization within ongoing projects and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
