Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

About the Role:
The Accounts Payable (AP) Senior Specialist will be responsible for managing the processing and payment of all vendor invoices in EMEA. This involves working closely with the invoice processing team within Global Business Services (GBS) in India and the local AP team in the UK Shared Service Centre to ensure all invoices are approved within company policy guidelines and paid within agreed payment terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee AP Solihull team tasks, ensuring processes are followed and deadlines achieved.
- Collaborate with the AP Manager and AP Supervisor to drive process improvements and introduce new initiatives.
- Assist with AP projects such as implementation of system and process changes and other ad hoc projects.
- Compile and review performance measures for both the processing team in India and the AP team in Solihull, helping to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with the team to ensure excellent customer service is provided to internal functions and Infor local businesses at all times.
- Produce audit reports and sample testing to measure the accuracy of invoices processing/vendor maintenance by GBS team and payments/other processes carried out by AP Solihull team.
Requirements:
- Accounts payable experience in a software or technology environment.
- Fluency in a second European or Middle Eastern language is desirable, but not essential. (Arabic, German, French, and Italian are most desired).
- Experience in communicating with customers in resolving invoice/payment issues and queries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Team lead experience.
- Experience with process improvement.
