IFA Administrator Job Description

This exciting opportunity is ideal for current IFA Administrators looking to join a growing company with a strong focus on employee development and career progression.

You will be providing administrative support to a team of Financial Advisors, who deliver holistic financial planning services to clients. The company values the role of the IFA Administrator and recognizes the importance of efficient administrative support in delivering a quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and chase new business opportunities
  • Obtain illustrations, projections, and valuations
  • Respond to and assist with client queries
  • Accurately update and maintain information on the company's back-office system
  • Prepare documents for suitability reports
  • Liaise with clients and providers
  • Prepare client meeting packs
Requirements:
  • Experience as an Administrator in a financial planning firm
  • Good knowledge of financial planning processes and how a Financial Advisor operates
  • Motivation to join a growing business and contribute to its success
Company Benefits:
  • Salary of £26,000 - £32,000
