Oyster Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team and contribute to the company's exciting growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans to drive business growth and optimise paid search, website content, and campaign development
  • Write compelling content for blogs, video content, and graphical ads across multiple platforms
  • Manage and optimise paid advertising accounts to meet business goals, including PPC and bid strategies
  • Improve keyword research, ad copy, and bid strategies through data analysis
  • Oversee tracking and conversion integration to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
  • Own and manage the structure and content of the company's website across multiple markets and channels
  • Continuously optimise digital channels to maximise ROI and drive business growth
  • Utilise web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and inform data-driven decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with B2B email marketing and digital advertising platforms
  • Expertise in Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms
  • Strong people skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership
  • Knowledge of managing international, multi-language WordPress websites
  • Experience with CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics
  • Full UK driver's license
