We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced physiotherapist to lead our Oxygen and Cystic Fibrosis service at NHS Scotland. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective care to patients with respiratory conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Oxygen and Cystic Fibrosis service, working closely with Respiratory consultants and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide clinical leadership in the management of respiratory patients, including those with Cystic Fibrosis.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to provide education and training on respiratory care.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to respiratory care.
- Experience in Oxygen prescription and management of respiratory conditions.
- Knowledge of a wide range of respiratory conditions, including Cystic Fibrosis.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in teaching and service redesign.
