Debt Advisory Graduate Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join Caravel, a boutique real estate advisory firm with a strong track record of helping clients buy and sell assets and raise capital. The role sits in the debt advisory team, working closely with clients through the full transaction lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • A graduate with a real estate degree, or a non-real estate degree with relevant internship experience.
  • Up to 12 months of full-time real estate experience.
Key Responsibilities:Origination:

Lead alongside partners in the origination of new debt and equity advisory clients and mandates. Take ownership of certain client relationships in time.

Evaluation of Deals:

Conduct due diligence on potential clients, analysing transactions from a qualitative and quantitative assessment. Undertake economic and market research to validate assumptions within proposals. Prepare presentations, including cashflow models to determine debt capacity and financing structures.

Deal Execution:

Present the investment opportunity to targeted lenders on behalf of clients, with detailed analysis of investment rationale, valuation, and capital structure considerations. Negotiate terms offered by lenders and present back to clients. Assist lenders in obtaining credit approval, and review legal documents.

Salary is £35,000 p.a. + bonus.
