As a Telesales Consultant at Yell, you will work in a dynamic sales environment, covering the entire sales process, from lead generation to client retention. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, engaging, and acquiring small to medium-sized businesses through self-generated leads and occasional warm leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- 360 Degree Sales Process: Work in a dynamic sales environment covering the entire sales process
- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, engage, and acquire small to medium-sized businesses through self-generated leads and occasional warm leads
- Business Reviews: Conduct detailed fact find to understand clients' goals. Screen share and present your digital marketing proposal.
- Client retention: Account manage your newly acquired customers
What you need:
- Sales Experience: Essential background in B2B/B2C sales for at least 12 months
- Consultative Sales Approach: Positive attitude with problem-solving skills
- Lead Generation: Proficiency in self-generating new business leads
- Resilience: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment
- Account Management - Experience in nurturing clients and retention
- Self-Motivation: Capable of working independently and owning your success
- Communication Skills: Clear, effective, and passionate communication
