Key Responsibilities

  • Create a data strategy document and roadmap to drive business growth and innovation
  • Define, implement, and champion data governance, standards, and quality to ensure data integrity and security
  • Lead the delivery of a data infrastructure that supports complex data analytics services and management reporting requirements
  • Develop and maintain a data architecture with multiple views to support business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with IT Security policies and procedures
  • Design and implement integration products to support data exchange and interoperability
  • Develop and exploit data architecture development and data modeling skills to drive business insights
  • Implement Databricks and Data Warehouse solutions to support business analytics and reporting
  • Drive Master Data Management to ensure data consistency and accuracy

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Data and Solution Architect or similar position
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing integration products and data architecture development
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and Data Warehouse solutions
  • Strong understanding of data governance, standards, and quality
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
