We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team at Exclusive Household Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe keeping and smooth running of a private family's residence in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail. They will be required to collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure the property is kept in top condition, clean, safe, and secure at all times.
The role involves a range of tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance of the property. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing expenses for cleaning supplies and non-perishables to a budget.
When the family is in residence, the Housekeeper will be required to ensure that all areas of the house are maintained, including turn-up and turndown, as well as the client's personal staff areas. They will also be responsible for liaising with the Chefs and staff to ensure the house is fully stocked.
The working hours will be 9.00am-5.00pm when the family is not in residence, with longer hours expected during visits. The salary for this position is £35,000 gross per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the property is kept in top condition, clean, safe, and secure at all times.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure the smooth running of the property.
- Manage expenses for cleaning supplies and non-perishables to a budget.
- Liaise with the Chefs and staff to ensure the house is fully stocked.
- Ensure all areas of the house are maintained, including turn-up and turndown, when the family is in residence.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Experience in housekeeping or a related field.
