As a Sales Negotiator with Property Personnel, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for qualifying applicants and potential vendors, generating viewings and offers, and negotiating deals to agreed terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify applicants and potential vendors to company standards
  • Generate viewings and offers
  • Negotiate offers to agreed deals
  • Achieve personal and individual activity targets
  • Generate listing opportunities
  • Collate own and daily, weekly and monthly figures to highlight performance
  • Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan
  • Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience within residential sales
  • Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Target driven and focused
  • Competitor knowledge
  • IT literate
  • Proactive
  • A full UK driving licence

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package, including a basic salary of c. £21,000 dependent on experience and on-target earnings in the region of £35,000
