Sales Negotiator Estate Agent Job Description

Copperfield Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator Estate Agent to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling properties and additional services, ensuring personal compliance with legal, technical, and administrative systems, and implementing company values positively each day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling Properties: To sell properties and additional services at agreed targets.
  • Compliance: Ensure personal compliance with all legal, technical, and administrative systems.
  • Company Values: To understand the company values and implement them positively each day.
  • Vendor and Applicant Attraction: To attract vendors and applicants.
  • Customer Care: Always ensure high-quality customer care.
  • Qualification and Viewings: Qualify applicants and potential vendors to company standards, generate viewings and offers.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers to agreed deals.
  • Performance Targets: Achieve personal and individual activity targets.
  • Listing Opportunities: Generate listing opportunities.
  • Performance Reporting: Collate own and daily, weekly, and monthly figures to highlight performance.
  • Branch Plan Implementation: Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan.
  • Marketing Review Calls: Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards.
