Care Team Leader Role at Kathryn Homes

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Kathryn Homes. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include planning and implementing care plans, leading a team of Care Assistants, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with residents and their families, and communicating effectively with your colleagues.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in person-centred care planning, knowledge of caring for people with dementia, and experience in leading a team to deliver care. Ideally, you will have an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, but we are willing to provide full training for the right candidate.
