About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join our team at PEPCO. As a key member of our clothing merchandising team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient information flow between our UK office and our PEPCO team in Poland.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the One Range implementation, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between stakeholders. You will also be responsible for managing orders, tracking milestones, and reporting on progress to ensure timely delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and experience with Oracle are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the combined critical path with inputs from both companies
  • Ensure delivery of sustainable master data supports purchase order creation process
  • Track and report on milestones, ensuring all relevant communication to stakeholders
  • Manage and structure communication between stakeholders
  • Manage communication with direct suppliers and PGS
  • Manage relationship between PEPCO and PEPCO planning and buying teams
  • Ensure all queries are managed in a timely manner
  • Attend critical path meetings
  • Ensure PO data is maintained and accurate
  • Check Gold Seal samples for accuracy
  • Report issues and propose solutions
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communicator, both oral and written
  • Previous training admin/coordinator experience or similar role
  • Working experience of Oracle is preferred
