Sales and Purchasing Co-ordinator

Annual Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Watford
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover until 30th June 2025)
Office based

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Purchasing Co-ordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract for maternity cover. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong IT and ERP/CRM skills, and have 2-3 years of sales administration or purchasing experience working B2B with product ranges/stock.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently manage purchasing and sales administration for footwear and apparel.
  2. Act as the primary contact for customers during the purchasing and sales cycle.
  3. Handle sales orders and invoicing, ensuring alignment with purchase orders.
  4. Maintain customer database and manage logistics.
  5. Oversee pricing and manage sample logistics.
  6. Support operations and ensure timely product delivery.

Required skills and qualifications:

  1. 2-3 years B2B Sales Administration or Purchasing experience.
  2. Experience dealing with products/stock and orders.
  3. MS Excel proficiency.
  4. ERP system proficiency desirable.
  5. Excellent time management and communication skills.
  6. Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
