Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate English Teaching Assistant to join our team at KPI Recruiting. As a Graduate English Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers to support students in achieving academic excellence in English Literature and Language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-class support during English lessons to ensure students engage with texts and develop key language skills.
  • Develop lesson plans and create resources to engage students in literature and writing.
  • Offer personalized support to students needing extra help with reading, writing, and exam preparation.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of GCSE coursework.
  • Collaborate with experienced English teachers to deliver innovative and creative learning strategies.
  • Participate in regular professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements
  • A recent English graduate with a 2:1 or higher from a respected university.
  • A passion for English Literature, language, and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to shape the future of education.
