Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Team Member to join our team at Haven Holidays. As a Security Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular perimeter patrols and perform regular safety and fire-equipment checks to ensure the security and safety of our guests and staff.
  • Ensure that guests' holidays are not disrupted by maintaining acceptable noise levels in and around caravans.
  • Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Check membership passes and verify the identity of guests.
  • Complete control logs and reports to ensure accurate records of security incidents.
