Job Title: Security Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Team Member to join our team at Haven Holidays. As a Security Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the premises and conduct regular perimeter patrols to prevent and detect any security breaches.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, manage and diffuse confrontations, and keep detailed records of all incidents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our team and guests, assist with inquiries, check guest passes, and support the wider team with ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:
  • SIA license.
  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Committed and focused on delivering a professional service.
  • The ability to confidently deal with and diffuse any challenging situations.
  • Team player, who will be happy to support other departments.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as a positive attitude to customer care.
