Assistant Business Manager for Frederic Malle - Kilian Paris

Position: ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER

Objective: To assist the Business Manager in achieving the operational goals of the Frederic Malle brand through effective leadership and team engagement.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency by overseeing team dynamics, tracking brand representatives, analyzing customer engagement rates, assessing competitor strategies, managing inventory, optimizing visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional events.
  • Guide team members to ensure compliance with brand service expectations, customer engagement tools, presentation standards, communication protocols, and training initiatives.
  • Facilitate clear communication with Sales and Education Executives and management to convey essential updates to the team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail
  • Background in coaching and developing teams
  • Understanding of retail operations
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Assistant managers may be tasked with additional responsibilities to support the brand's objectives.
