About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Colleague to join our team at the Didsbury store. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Availability Window
Our ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. We offer a range of hours to suit different lifestyles, from part-time to full-time, and we are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities
As a Colleague, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride
- Building rapport with customers, making decisions that are right for them, and taking the initiative to make their shopping experience enjoyable
- Working well within a team, communicating openly with others, and building relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit
- Being knowledgeable about our products and services, handling products with care, and maintaining quality to ensure they reach customers in the best condition
- At times, accepting deliveries into the store and contributing to the smooth running of our operations
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for delivering great service and building relationships with customers
- Can take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
- Works well within a team and communicates openly with others
- Is knowledgeable about our products and services and can provide excellent customer service
- Is flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
