Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness across all areas of the facility, organizing waste disposal areas, transporting waste, managing linen deliveries, and assisting with oxygen canister handling.

Collaboration with the maintenance team will be essential to ensure that all areas are impeccably maintained, and you will be expected to deliver high-quality cleaning services consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upholding the required security protocols of the facility by adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Actively participating as a team member with various responsibilities related to daily operations.
  • Exhibiting excellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with visitors.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned that align with the role.
  • Participating in mandatory training sessions annually as required by Elysium Healthcare.
  • Coordinating bi-weekly deliveries of enteral feeds for service users.
  • Managing pharmacy deliveries and ensuring accurate distribution to the appropriate units.
  • Facilitating the collection and delivery of samples to local healthcare providers.
  • Providing general support to clinical and operational teams to ensure efficient business operations.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role within a similar environment.
  • A genuine enjoyment of cleaning and a sense of accomplishment from a job well done.
  • Effective prioritization of tasks and responsibilities.
