Job Title: Senior Wholesale Jewellery & Accessories Account Manager

Oldstrom Agency, a leading multi-brand wholesale fashion agency based in East London, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Jewellery & Accessories Wholesale Account Manager to join our team.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainability and cutting-edge digital innovation, positioning us at the forefront of the fashion world. As a Senior Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of Scandinavia's fastest growing and prestigious jewellery and accessories brands.

Your role will involve developing and executing innovative sales strategies, strengthening relationships with key buyers across the UK and Ireland, and driving brand success in these regions.

You will oversee the expansion of Edblad Jewellery, Sweden's leading fashion jewellery brand with over €30 million in turnover, recently introduced to the UK and Ireland markets. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the growth strategy of Caroline Svedbom, ensuring the brand's continued success in these regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and promote our exquisite jewellery and accessories brands, driving sales and growth across the UK and Ireland.
  • Establish robust processes, oversee retail initiatives, and ensure seamless operations.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key buyers and ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
  • Report crucial market trends to our in-house team and brands, keeping everyone ahead of the curve.
  • Present and negotiate with key buyers, showcasing your market knowledge and expertise.
  • Represent us at top tradeshows like Scoop International, Copenhagen Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week, and Milan Fashion Week. As well as visiting stockists and prospects bi-annually.
  • Lead and inspire your team, organizing training sessions to keep everyone at the top of their game.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Jewellery/Fashion wholesale within the UK and Ireland.
  • A robust network of UK & Ireland fashion buyers, including boutique markets and department store buyers.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, expertise in order processing systems, and the ability to present effectively.
  • Well-presented, well-mannered, and passionate about fashion and jewellery.
  • A full, clean UK driver's license is essential.
  • Experience launching and/or managing Key Accounts like John Lewis, Very Group, and Fenwick.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of German, Swedish, Danish, or Italian.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GUNG, Colect, and NSales.
  • A hardworking, dedicated, and motivated individual who is independent and committed.
  • A true love for jewellery and the fashion industry.
