Job Description

About the Role

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with household tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

We're looking for a compassionate and caring individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and their families, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients.
