About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Showroom Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and merchandise displays to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Luxury Showroom Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
