About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the West Sussex/Worthing area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients in the field
  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical and electronic systems
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
  • Pass at ONC level, equivalent NVQ Level 3 or demonstrable alternative in a technical discipline (specifically Electronic Engineering)
  • Good understanding of basic Electrical and Electronic systems/principles
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to demonstrate effective team working including mentoring/coaching and training others
  • Effective time management & planning skills
  • A flexible approach to work as you will be required to do some on-call/weekend working
  • Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces
  • Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable
  • Experience, Knowledge and understanding of networks and IP based systems is desirable
