Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Nurse Management Team to ensure high-quality care for a pediatric client, facilitating their attendance at nursery.
- Adhere to a consistent working schedule and work alongside Care Coordinators to ensure effective care delivery.
- Provide individualized support to a child with Complex Care Needs.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and their families, working within the home environment to achieve personalized objectives.
- Opportunities for advancement into supervisory or managerial positions.
- Engage in the daily activities of our clients as they transition to school.
Work Schedule:
- Day shifts – 10am to 4pm
Clinical Requirements:
- Necrotising Enterocolitis
- Seizure Management
- Global Developmental Delay
Qualifications:
- Experience in providing care to complex clients, ideally in a community setting.
- Valid Registered Nurse pin with a minimum of 1 year post-registration experience.
- Willingness to commit to 2 regular shifts per week or a 35-hour contract.
- Compassionate, confident, and gentle demeanor.
- Ability to integrate smoothly into the family home environment.
- Possession of a UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
