We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership on a temporary basis. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the employment life cycle of our clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and leaders across the organization
  • Providing expert advice and support on HR-related matters
  • Managing sickness absence reporting and analyzing data to identify trends
  • Supporting disciplinary or grievance meetings
  • Ensuring effective parental leave and flexible working arrangements
  • Collaborating with the People Services Administrator and Recruitment Manager to ensure successful onboarding of new starters
  • Contributing to the delivery of the corporate engagement strategy
  • Conducting exit interviews and providing feedback to improve retention
  • Assisting with the delivery of HR training and generating monthly reports on HR data and KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate records in HR systems (Workday and ADP)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Experience working in a multi-site organization, preferably in healthcare, retail, or logistics
  • HRIS experience with ADP and Workday
