Project Management Assistant

AGM Construction Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Assistant to support our team in delivering high-quality project management services to our clients. As a Project Management Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the project management team in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project management team, including preparing project reports, updating project schedules, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in the development of project plans, including identifying project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Support the project management team in the coordination of project activities, including communicating with stakeholders, managing project documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans.
- Assist in the development of project budgets, including estimating costs, managing expenses, and tracking project financial performance.
- Support the project management team in the coordination of project close-out activities, including documenting lessons learned, evaluating project success, and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
