thl UK & Ireland Limited is a leading motorhome rental, sales, and service company in the UK and Ireland. We operate the rental brands Just go and Bunk Campers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team.

The role will be based in our depot, where you will be responsible for the rental operation of our fleet of motorhomes. This requires strong communication skills, organizational and planning skills, and a background in customer service management.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer-facing and fleet preparation teams, and liaising with on-site sales and workshop teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure the branch operates safely, the crew is well-trained, and guest service standards are excellent.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions for staff and client experiences.
  • Ability to coach and influence staff at all levels.
  • Demonstrates business focus and a desire to succeed.
  • Good attention to detail with excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Able to deal with confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
