We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our successful recruitment organisation at our Chesterfield office, with hybrid home working available upon completion of an initial six-month training period.

About the Role

This role would be suited to someone starting out their career in recruitment, or someone who has some experience but wishes to move into a new industry sector.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing vacancies
  • Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates
  • Researching roles
  • Providing well-briefed and well-matched shortlists to our clients
  • Managing the whole recruitment process from interview, through to offer, to start
