Job Title: Parcel Sorter

Gap Personnel is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parcel Sorter to join their team in Bridgend. As a Parcel Sorter, you will play a crucial role in processing customers' orders for next-day dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload and load vehicles efficiently to ensure timely distribution
  • Inspect items for damage and handle them with care
  • Operate handballing equipment to sort and package items
  • Organize postal goods into relevant postal codes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is highly desirable
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production line environment
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.44-£11.81
  • Company pension scheme
Working Hours:
  • Morning shifts: Sunday, 4:30am start
  • Twilight shifts: Sunday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm
  • Night shifts: Sunday-Friday, 11pm
