SHE Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SHE Manager to join our team at a manufacturing company based in Coleshill, Birmingham. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for providing direction, support, and ownership for all Safety, Health, and Wellbeing activities on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Operational Management to maintain high standards of safety and health
  • Champion innovation and drive continuous improvement in safety and health practices
  • Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) and processes to ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies
  • Lead internal and external audits and proactive SHE improvement activities
  • Build relationships and influence culture and behaviours to promote a positive safety culture
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum
  • Experience in a manufacturing business
  • ISO Systems experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
