Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality leisure facility services, including pool operations, customer service, and facility maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services to enhance customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations.

Requirements

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
  • ASA/UKCC Level 1 for Coaching Swimming
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness and ability to undertake First Aid training
  • NPLQ or ability and willingness to undertake training and achieve qualification
  • HND or REPS in Health & Fitness
  • NGB/SVQ or comparable Coaching Qualification or willingness and ability to undertake training and achieve accreditation
