We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Oswald House in Lancashire. Our specialist residential service provides rehabilitation, care, and support to vulnerable women with complex mental health issues.

Oswald House is a purposefully small service with capacity for up to 9 female residents, offering a calm and relaxing environment. Our residents have access to a large lounge area, a garden where they can cultivate plant life, and supervised outings to local amenities.

As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you will be responsible for building relationships with our residents, supporting them to undertake their rehabilitation programme, and establishing effective methods of communication. You will also provide support with activities of daily living and personal care when needed, and communicate any issues to our clinical team.
