We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join our team at Square Peg Associates Ltd. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent end-to-end payroll delivery and service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process multiple payrolls with accuracy and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with new payroll legislation and compliance, ensuring changes are implemented in client payrolls
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key accounts, providing support with payroll queries and issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in an accountancy practice or payroll bureau
- Proficiency in Sage or other payroll systems
- Confident in dealing with client payroll queries and issues
