Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading data science initiatives, developing machine learning models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and deployment of machine learning models and AI projects across our company and its studios.
  • Promote the value of data-driven decision-making throughout the business and inspire teams to leverage data science.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data science and machine learning technologies to continuously integrate innovative tools and techniques into our data environment.
  • Lead on the development of next-generation machine learning initiatives, serving as the main point of contact for data science technologies, including Python, Spark, and SQL.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable professional experience working within data science and data analysis.
  • A high-level knowledge of Python/Scala and SQL, plus over 3 years' experience in developing machine learning models.
  • Knowledge and experience of data science libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, TensorFlow, Torch, pySpark ML, MLFlow, or other model lifecycle management tools.
  • Experience in developing ML models and understanding key concepts, including regression, clustering, classification, and architectures such as neural networks, and implementing these within a business context.
  • Experience of data visualization packages such as Power BI / Tableau.
  • Experience of utilizing large and complex data sets.
  • Experience in utilizing Generative AI models and LLMs, as well as repositories such as Hugging Face.
  • Passion for video games.
