Job Title: Accounts Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Team Leader to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading a team of Accounts Assistants and working closely with our in-house Company Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage work carried out by Accounts Assistants
  • Assist in work allocation within the team
  • Perform various operational and financial reconciliations
  • Manage the sales ledger, credit control, purchase ledger, and payment runs
  • Deal with inter-company recharges and reconciliations
  • Deal with day-to-day queries from the accounts team, suppliers, customers, and management
  • Assist with processing of invoices, payments, journals, and general day-to-day accounting transactions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an accounts team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Previous supervisory experience
