Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our executive management team as the Co-Executive Director (Programmes & Engagement). This is a unique opportunity to drive the organisation forward on its next phase of development, overseeing the design, integration, and delivery of our conservation programmes, cultural engagement, and capacity-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective conservation programmes that address the needs of Earth's overlooked species and ecosystems.
  • Lead the development of cultural engagement and capacity-building initiatives that support the conservation efforts of local communities.
  • Collaborate with the other Co-Executive Director (Finance and Operations) on all governance and strategic planning aspects of the organisation.
  • Work closely with the Board of Trustees to ensure the organisation's mission and objectives are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in conservation and environmental sustainability, with experience in programme development and implementation. You will also need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
