We are seeking an Enthusiastic and Proficient Senior Office Administrator to manage the administration and operations in our business; Someone who is a highly organised individual and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience of working in a Building Design or Construction and knowledge of Building and Planning Protocols would be an advantage but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Front of house – Reception: answering phones and greeting clients
- Invoicing
- On boarding of clients - Order acceptance produces
- Dealing with enquiries
- Inputting data into Excel
- General ad hoc duties
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment ensuring availability and functionality.
- Support the team with project-related tasks and deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience working as an Office Manager / Senior Administrator is essential to be successful for this role.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Proficient on Excel.
Benefits
- £14 - £20 an hour subject to experience
- 18 - 28 hours a week to be agreed
- Holidays pro-rata to agreed hours
