As a Systems Administrator, your main responsibility will be to deliver internal technical support to over 130 personnel. This role encompasses the upkeep and management of our internal systems, which are primarily hosted in the cloud, alongside a minimal local infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing our local network, which includes firewall management, VPN setup, Wi-Fi configuration, and Active Directory services
- Administering our Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms
- Managing end-user devices along with ensuring endpoint security
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees
- Assisting in maintaining our Information Security Management System documentation and protocols
As the position develops, you will also engage in various project work that necessitates research, planning, and execution as we advance the future trajectory of our internal systems. We are particularly interested in automating processes that will enhance operational efficiency moving forward.
