Quantitative Trader - DeFi

Algo Capital Group, a world-leading crypto prop fund, is seeking a skilled quantitative trader to join their elite trading team. The team is expanding rapidly due to exceptional performance, offering excellent exposure and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of quants on various trading strategies to generate alpha and manage risk.
  • Develop and implement high and mid-frequency trading strategies.
  • Work closely with various businesses and teams to solve open-ended questions and drive results.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of live track record as a DeFi quantitative trader.
  • Excellent performance, with a 3+ Sharpe ratio.
  • Strong Python or C++ programming skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
