We are looking to enhance our Bioinformatics division and are currently in search of a skilled Senior Lead for our Machine Learning and Bioinformatics team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee innovative initiatives in life sciences research
  • Architect and implement solutions for intricate Bioinformatics applications
  • Guide and mentor a team of Bioinformatic developers and analysts
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to provide state-of-the-art solutions
  • Engage in strategic planning and contribute to long-term development

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in NGS analysis and bioinformatics methodologies
  • Solid foundation in antibody or protein structural modeling
  • Acquainted with data and statistical evaluation
  • Skilled in Python programming pertinent to Bioinformatics
  • PhD or equivalent in Bioinformatics or a related discipline with a minimum of five years of experience
  • Additional competencies in R, software engineering, and MLOps are highly advantageous
