We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Administrator to become an integral part of our team, enhancing our client interactions and overall service delivery.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Administrator, you will serve as the primary contact for our valued clients, handling sales inquiries and ensuring exceptional after-sales support. Collaborating closely with our Client Solutions Director, you will gain insights into the unique needs of our clients, facilitating a smooth process from initial quote to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Act as the initial point of contact for current clients, addressing their sales inquiries and ensuring their requirements are met efficiently.
  • Manage and process all incoming sales and client account inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges.

Quotations and Order Management:

  • Prepare and provide quotations for additional products and services to existing clients, process orders, and manage invoicing.

Effective Communication:

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve client issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist the Client Solutions Director in conducting periodic client meetings to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of product and service documentation as well as client-facing marketing materials.
  • Support procurement and stock management processes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Provide assistance to the Finance and Administration Manager with tasks related to client accounts and services.

Growth Potential:

  • This position offers the opportunity to advance into a solutions advisor role, where you will take the lead in managing client interactions through regular meetings and proactive engagement.

Required Skills:

  • Solid understanding of IT fundamentals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and services.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a sales or administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
