Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Operations Manager to join our client's team in the South Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding the growth of the region, working on live projects, and undertaking works that range in value from £5m – £20m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts and projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and tenders.
  • Provide expert advice on contracts, project management, and operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in civil engineering, contracts management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
